The future is really exciting to me right now. There's just so much scheduled to go on this summer, next year and beyond. Best of all, I'll be with my warm, fuzzy morsel- Timothy. He's like an angel. I love him.
But I'm so pleased with my plans. Like my Lent idea, like I did last year- only eating "whole foods" like beans, fruit, vegetables, grains (oats, barley, etc.), honey. That starts Wednesday. And walking with Kelsie. Just being healthy in general, I'm so glad I have so much support from the ones I love; Mom, Timothy, Kelsie. I like that the people I care most about aren't going to tease me or make fun of me for my love of self and nature. Of health and crafts and community. They're supportive of me when I make healthy choices.
And I'm excited about going to Jefferson City with Mom in a couple weeks to talk to the Senators and stuff about progressing Social Work, especially since we're learning so much about it in English right now.
And college next year is going to be AMAZING. Simply fabulous. I'll have so many options and so much freedom. I'm so excited. And here I'm going to clandestinely refer to Tracy's bunny comment. Ahem.
Ah, future. Oh, and props to my aunt Sam- she's teaching ESL to adults in Orlando right now. Isn't that amazing? I'm so freaking proud of her. She's fighting the good fight- taking a job that does NOT make much to help people in need, keep people off the streets, and help them live the "american dream" they came here to pursue. I love it. She's also a proof-reader. What a spectacular woman. She's one who has the symbol on her wrist, like Mom and I.
I love life and Timothy and warm weather! |
